Laura has been practicing the healing arts for 40 years weaving energy-based bodywork, Somatic Movement Therapies, and Spiritual Psychology. She brings a deep respect for the power of loving touch and embodiment to her work, emphasizing empowering her clients to access the body’s wisdom, release restrictive patterns, and enliven the body’s innate healing capacities.
Laura is a Certified Zero Balancer, Polarity Therapy Professional, Craniosacral Therapist, Somatic Movement Therapist, and Nationally Certified Massage Therapist. Bodywork sessions include Zero Balancing, Polarity Therapy, and Craniosacral Therapy. These modalities can be offered alone or in combination to best serve clients’ individual needs.
